Paul is speaking at an Xclaimed Ministries’ “Concert in the Park event” at Bayside Park in Chula Vista, California. He tells a story of a man began a journey to fly around the world. Along the way, he ran into some trouble that could cause him to crash over the ocean. Knowing that he needed to make quick decisions to survive, but he also realized that he had no clue what to do.
